With the completion of the developments above happening soon we advise all owners to look to furnish their apartments without delay. Some of these developments are being sold as 'fully furnished'. We get no end of calls from people who 'forgot' that their property is not completely furnished. Often developers put in very basis furniture but more inventory is required to enable anyone to 'live' at the property. Here are a couple of tips;

1. Try to order as early as you can. This will give you maximum choice. We suggest that you start thinking about furniture 6 months before you need it.

2. If all else fails, we have some ranges that we can instal in a short space of time. This is called our Fast Furnishing range. Contact us for details.

However easy you might think it is, believe me it is not!

Wherever your property is in Bulgaria, you can never be there at the right time and get all the right things in place by the time you need to come home again. And that is why we launched Bulgarian Furnishing some 4 years ago. A turnkey service of measuring, choosing, installing so that the property owner can easily choose their furniture and place an order from their home over the internet or by phone. When they go to Bulgaria everything should be in place so that you can enjoy your holiday home from day one! Over the years we have found however that some people still want to visit before their property is ready so we let them use one of our show homes in Bansko or Sunny Beach. The biggest issue is booking a flight and then being told by the developers that the property is not ready like it was promised to be so we always keep in touch with the developer to ensure as soon as it is ready, we are there to furnish it. This blog will let you know of some of the places we are furnishing and some of the things to look out for!
